Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the BurrGrind app, website, recommendations, reference data, and sharing features. By using BurrGrind, you agree to them. The app is developed and operated by Vladyslav Ilyenko.

BurrGrind provides estimates, conversions, suggestions, and reference information for coffee preparation. Results vary with beans, equipment, calibration, water, technique, and other conditions. BurrGrind does not guarantee accuracy, compatibility, taste, or any particular result.
2. Your responsibility
You decide whether and how to follow any recommendation. You are responsible for checking settings and measurements, operating equipment safely, following manufacturer instructions, protecting your data, and complying with applicable laws. Stop using equipment if a suggested setting appears unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Public and third-party sources
Some grinder data, product names, specifications, images, descriptions, links, and other materials may be compiled from public sources, manufacturer materials, or user submissions. They may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or subject to third-party rights. Reference to a brand does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
4. Intellectual property and takedown requests
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content available through BurrGrind infringes your copyright, trademark, or other right, contact vladyslav@Ilyenko.dev with your name, the work or right at issue, the exact content or URL, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation. We will review substantiated notices and may correct, remove, or restrict the material.
5. Your content and sharing
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit content only as needed to operate features you choose, including sync and sharing. You represent that you have the right to submit and share that content. You are responsible for what you publish and for removing private or sensitive information before sharing.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse BurrGrind, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, violate another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity. We may restrict access or remove shared content when reasonably necessary.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued without guarantee of notice. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. App-store terms may also apply.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BurrGrind is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vladyslav Ilyenko and BurrGrind’s service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, equipment damage, or losses resulting from your reliance on recommendations or third-party information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for BurrGrind in the preceding 12 months or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
